Professional Background

Winston brings 17 years of operational expertise from U.S. Army Special Forces, where he served as both a SF Warrant Officer (180A) and SF Medical Sergeant (18D). His dual qualifications represent mastery in both strategic operations and tactical medical expertise.

Combat-retired with 36 service-connected conditions, Winston channels his SF training into building scalable operational infrastructure for veteran-owned enterprises. His education in Allied Health Sciences combined with IVMF alumni status bridges military operational excellence with academic rigor.

As an ordained reverend, Winston reflects his commitment to community service and spiritual leadership beyond business operations.
